Report Writer (M.I.S.)

Writes, creates or modify reports requested by users. Creates and Maintains HTML Forms for EMR System to the requested specifications.  Provides support to end users on how to use computers and software.  Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Human Resources Coord. - Part Time

Must have at least 2 years experience in HR duties such as new hire processing, training, recruitment, benefits administration and data entry.  Basic knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred.  Effective oral and written communication skills w/ excellent interpersonal skills.  Must be detailed w/ the ability to organize and prioritize work. HS Diploma or GED.  Bilingual/Spanish preferred. 

 

Therapist, Non-Licensed (Outreach)

Interview students in the Osceola school system to obtain information concerning family, emotional, medical, and substance abuse history or other pertinent information. Responsible for selecting the approach to use in individual therapy such as directive, non-directive, and supportive therapy.  Master’s Degree in a mental health or related field w/ 2+ yrs. exp.

 

Data Entry Clerk (Outpatient Services) - Contract

Performs clerical duties, verifies and maintains client account information. Maintain, update and enter daily outpatient service charges into “Client Data System”.  Must have HS Diploma and minimum 1 yr exp. Bilingual/Spanish preferred. 

 

Outpatient Accounts Analyst (Business Office)

Process all electronic billing, third party payor claims and client’s statement.  Follow up on unpaid and/or incorrectly paid claims for Medicare and all third party payor sources.  Must practice confidentiality at all times.  Bilingual/Spanish preferred.  HS Diploma and 2+ yrs exp.

 

Behavior Tech. - Pool
Provide support to clients in the activities of daily living. Document observations as it relates to adjustments, interacting and daily progress. Supervise clients w/ behavior problems.  Transport clients to activities and appointments. HS Diploma and 1+ yrs exp.
 
Scheduling Receptionist (Outpatient)

Schedule appointments with appropriate provider, print daily schedules, answer phone, take accurate messages and make follow up call to clients. Will also greet clients, guests, perform minor clerical duties and assist with filing as required.  Exceptional computer skills and ability to multi task.  HS Diploma w/ 1+ yrs exp.  Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
