Park Place Behavioral Health Care and co-developer Birdsong Housing Partners along with the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, the City of Kissimmee, and other partner organizations celebrate the groundbreaking of Dillingham Apartments, a new permanent, supportive, affordable housing development located at 501 N Dillingham Avenue in Kissimmee. The development will offer 30 affordable apartments for individuals with special needs, earning 22-60% of Area Median Income.
